The Experience
If the Karoo is about harsh, rugged beauty, the Garden Route is about lush, overwhelming abundance. This 7-day tour is our most relaxed and scenic offering, perfect for couples riding two-up or those who want to focus as much on the destinations as the riding itself.
We mix flowing coastal tarmac with gentle, historic gravel passes winding through ancient forests. The pacing allows for late breakfasts, plenty of photo stops, and time to enjoy the world-class food and wine the region is famous for.
It is the ultimate motorcycle holiday.
Itinerary
Day 1-2 - Whale Coast to Agulhas
We hug the coastline along Clarence Drive, stopping for whale watching in Hermanus before standing at the southernmost tip of Africa.
Day 3-4 - The Ancient Forests of Knysna
We transition into the lush, green heart of the Garden Route. We will ride the twisting Seven Passes road through dense indigenous forests.
Day 5 - Tsitsikamma & Bloukrans
Deep gorges, suspension bridges, and dramatic ocean cliffs. For the brave, an optional stop at the world's highest commercial bridge bungee jump.
Day 6-7 - Route 62 Return
We loop back inland via Route 62, the world's longest wine route, cruising through the Klein Karoo before descending back into Cape Town.
